Nestled on the banks of the Perfume River, the graceful Art Deco building was once the residence of the French governor of Central Vietnam. River view bedrooms lead out onto deep, private terraces facing the former Imperial Citadel, a magnificent fortress protecting the Forbidden City, on the opposite bank.

The dominant focus at the Lobby bar Le Gouverneur  is a spectacular fresco created by French Artist Roland Renaud who is based in Vietnam. It was inspired by wall paintings found on several art deco buildings in France.
